I have a 1937 John Deere A, im not sure if the seat is original or some sort of after market, it has a pan seat but has a spring and a shock absorber under it, just curious if it was original, and for some reason it has one 12 flat spoke wheel, and a 16 flat spoke wheel, the 16 is shot so im looking for a 12, but was curious which one was the original wheel

That is an aftermarket seat but I can't remember the name of it. Our 41 B had one and you will see them on Farmalls too.

That could be a Monroe seat.
A lot of tractors had them put on as aftermarket.

You can look up the serial # on this or another website. The Two Cylinder club will sell you a certificate that shows the options the tractor came with. My 36 A came with skeleton steel.
