Massey 204

I am looking at a Massey Ferguson Industrial 204. It has a loader, it is 4X4, and has three point hitch. It is a gas engine with a rod through the block. Can an engine short block be found for this. Thanks! Dave

Be assured you are not the only one watching this tractor due to the 4x4. That engine should not be hard to find from the MF agricultural version of that tractor.

I believe it is a Continental Z134 and they are pretty common.

As Zach said, a 94 Clevite bearing catalog shows the 204 with the Cont Z134.
It"s also in various other MH models (can send list if you need), but I have no years/numbers produced, so can"t comment on availability. Good luck.

That is my tractor on ebay, I have not been able to find much about the 4x4, do you have any Info.

I didn't think 4x4 was even available on a 204. Could the 4x4 be an aftermarket conversion? Dave

If it is aftermarket, they did a really nice job. It looks like the front ends I have seen under some fords
