MF 231 muffler

Can someone help me with finding a muffler for my 1999 MF 231? I talked to my local MF dealer and they wanted $187.00 for one. Its hard to believe that they want that much for it. There has to be a cheaper alternative.

I went down to local muffler dealer, got an automotive muffler with same size input port. They can stretch if necessary. Got an oval one which was quieter than the stock unit. This was for a MF180, should work on your tractor too.
