Whats the best thing to use to glue a ripped seat back together?

What's that stuff that they advertise on TV? Supposed to stretch and flex with the fabric. Can't think of the name of it.

New seat-cover. Glue and "best thing" don't go together here. Might as well pick a color of duct tape and go with it if you are not going to replace the whole cover. The "stuff on TV" is like most "stuff on TV" - doesn't actually work in real life.
