Do you remember the pics you posted at Christmas time of pizzelles you made? Well, when I was a kid my mother had many Italian friends and they always gave us pizzelles for Christmas. I never did know what they were called, so your pics sparked my interest. We purchased a pizzelle iron mail order and made a bunch at Christmas, most of which we gave away. Yesterday, we got it out again and experimented making waffe cones. A resounding success as far as the children were concerned.
