i have a international cub lowboy 154 tractor i cant get it out of reverse it seems to be in neutrual but when i let out the clutch it will move backwards it ran fine the other day plowing snow forward and reverse any suggestions plz. would help thanks.

Nowhere near the same tractor, but my 1550 Oliver did that a year ago. Shift rail that holds the fork was broken.

Your shift pattern on that tractor is a standard 3-gear shift, with reverse all the way up on the left....which means the shift plate is or should be on the left side , back toward the rear, if working properly.Remove the shift top (four bolts) and use a heavy screwdriver or punch to push that plate back to the center of the tranny, then push in clutch and see if it is in neutral...if so, then re-install the shift lever/top and bolt down...should be O.K.
