How big is that shed? Are they confined only to the shed or can they go outside? Our heifer shed is 40x240 with a 40 ft yard and fenceline feeders out front with head locks. lots of cement
 
Wow, that's enough in confinement. We had a thousand in three different locations which was a royal PIA but it did keep the diseases confined to one location. Feeding wasn't a problem with the help living at each location but the ground feed truck was busy especially in bad weather getting back to the bins. My hats off to you I feel the pain but miss it.CT
