just traded for a 1952 case sc. Can anyone tell me what size the motor is, and what HP? thanks

165cid and 28 to 30 hp in the late SC

most likely 165ci, sc's were 154 ci (3 1/2" bore ) until Case came out with a 1/8" overbore, M&W made a 3 11/16 which made them 172ci, 165ci wil get you in the upper 20's hp range, 172 will get you in the 30's.

my grandpa had a case sc and a red h.
dad always said grandpa had 1 tractor the sc and half of another tractor
