I lost alot of lift capacity with 3 point it will barely lift a 1000lb rd bale 2 inches off the ground any ideas

Other than the obvious- suction screen, filter, moisture in oil, etc. I would first determine if your 2520 is old enough that it has the junk 2510 four cyl. pump.

As already suggested check sump screen,change hyd filter,then check stand-by pressure which should be 2250 psi. Also could be leaking rockshaft piston seal or thermal relief valve.
