I had Venison steak, stole a few pieces from the jerky marinade and fried them up with a couple farm fresh eggs. Can't do much out to day so sort of bored here. I do have 3 pans in the oven drying that venison out for the boys jerky. Should be done by about mid night if not sooner
 
Just had a big bowl of Ice Cream and ready for a nap an wait for the snow storm and ice to move in. Fellows are getting wood in for the fire place. They want to keep this old man comfortable. Some times it is nice to be old and hurt.

Shared a grilled(only 1 degree outside) new york strip steak with the wife and a baked potato with lots of butter! Was really good. Working night shift this week so we get the "good" steaks out while the kids are in school-LOL.
 
There is a Subway on campus; usually get chicken salad on whole wheat bread, pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and jalepenos.

Wash it down with a Sunkist orange.

Always visit the YT forums during my lunch break to catch up on all the gossip.

Post a few tractor photos or videos to keep tractor related.

 
Hey I at least kept if farm since the deer was shot on my farm and the eggs come from my chickens LOL. And I use my tractors for the food plots I put in for the deer
 
I ate too much, is too cold outside to spend to much time out there so I just did chores, made a new feeder trough for the yearlings, and came in to watch winners on jerry Springer. I had a jalepeno/cheddar summer sausage sandwich with miracle whip, 2 little debbie swiss cake roles, and a left over missy melt. Tomorrow will bve hitting the local establishent for lunch with a good friend. Will be eating a 1/2# mushroom and onion steak basket and washing it down with some grain Belt premiem!!

Fresh out of the pressure cooker venison stew. Dunked a couple of flour tortillas in there. Ice cream.
This thread made me hungry and I remebered I have some pastrami in the fridge and rye bread in the box.. Ruebens!!

Home grown beef roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, rolls with cranberry sauce,and a glass of milk. Almost forgot about the turnips.

Believe I'd prefer to forget about the turnips, too.

Bowl of soup and a green salad- same thing I have at my desk just about every working day.
 
Last of my leftover beef short ribs and mashed taters from sunday eve. Finally came up with a recipe I really like for short ribs.

Kids at school, wife took me out to lunch. I had a rueben and frys before I had to go to school.jim
 
That is why we eat so much deer meat bullets are cheaper then most other things and when you reload your own ammo it gets even cheaper. And the eggs are from my chickens so there sort of cheap since selling the extras almost cover the feed bill for them

Went to Arby's and had 2 RB jrs. for $2 + tax
First time I've been to Arby's in years. Didn't get a lunch break. Just ate them on the way.
 
Same as always when at work.Ham and cheese and Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.Chase it all down with water.

PS: Who cares if we get OT once in the while - good to hear from everybody.
 
Got home late for lunch (2:45) Left over mac and cheese from last night, reheated coffee from breakfast and a piece of cake.

Snarfed it all down just as the old lady and my boy came home from school, ran out the door and we went to the Vermont farm show. Just came home half an hour ago.
 
A ham sandwich with lemonade made from Real Lemon juice. Sweetened with Splenda. Looks like that storm may be coming your way. Hal
PS; Sometimes I have soup with a sandwich.
 
Never eat lunch. Makes me sleepy. If I eat lunch, I fall asleep while eating lunch and my face ends up in the soup bowl blowing bubbles out, breathing soup in. Not good. And if I don't fall asleep during, then I do afterwards. Remember that car rental commercial a year or so ago when they came up with an idea to put "mood candles" in the back window, and then showed the drivers zig zagging all over the road asleep at the wheel after having been put in the mood for sleeping? Who needs mood candles? Give me lunch, and I'll give you loud snoring...SNNNNNNNRRR, SNNNNNNNNRRRRRR, SNNNNNNNNNRRRRRRRR.
