I saw this tractor online and was wondering if anyone could tell me just by this one pic if it was a factory JD 60 LP or conversion? Thanks

Need a closer look at the ignition, carb, manifolds, LP valving etc.
Maybe a gasser tractor with some factory LP parts tinkered on.
What does the serial number plate say?

The picture of the 60 looks like a conversion. On a factory LP, the rear tank support extends up over the rear of the tank, with a lid for accessing the fill valve. Also, I can't see the vapor or liquid valves sticking down under the LH side of the tank in the picture, although the tank could be from a later model with rear vapor and liquid valves (like this 620). If the hood was cut out to accommodate the tank they didn't do a bad job judging from the picture. I don't see any sheet metal from the rear to front of the tank. Neither do I remember a factory LP having that brace from the hood down to the front support as shown in your picture. None of this means it doesn't run okay. Like someone else mentioned, need to see more details. This is a picture of a 620 I saw in Moline a few years back.

it is a total conversion. As was mentioned, on a 60lp and 70lp there was no steering post as in the picture. The steering shaft went thru a large casting on the end of the tank which the tank lid hinged on. The tank lid covered all of the valves associated with filling the tank.

t-roe, Very tough to say from just a pic, This is a Aftermarket Farm Conversion IMO. The tank and rear assembly is all wrong to be factory.
On the pic above it is a well done surgery on the hood.Very clean, not a hack job! But on a factory LP tank assembly, there is no rear hood portion, also the cast iron top knot on the rear 1/3 of the tank is missing. Not being able to see the carb or vaporizer is a hinderance in trying to give you an accurate opinion. But I still think it is an Aftermarket farm conversion.

I'd buy it if I wanted an LP tractor, and I'd look for a different one if I wanted a gasoline tractor?
