Fan belt replacement

Yes, absolutely.
The first person to give me the correct wrench size gets to come help me put the belts on.

Now remember Vern, just in case the warning isn't on the package....THE ENGINE MUST BE STOPPED BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE THE BELT.....although the bolt might come out faster if you put the wrench on it and hold on to it as you start the engine...LOL. Seriously I have no clue as to the wrech size but after all the OSHA talk the other day I just couldn't resist a safety related joke.....

Any where from a 5/8 on up to 13/16 because we dont know if it is an original from here. Replacements had different sizes where the wrench goes on the shaft. The nut on the block side is not to be turned as it sitsin a slotted area and the shaft on the fan is turned. Better have a 15/16 or so to hold it from turning as it mite be screwed up from a previous owner. Replace the fan belt at this time and if someone hasnt screwed that part up also it takes a 17/32 wide buy 26 1/2 long. Have fun it can be a mess to change.
