O/T 1996 cavalier theft light

1996 cevy cavalier will not start turns over no fuel to engine the theft light is on not blinking just stays on all the time. what is trick to over ride theft system

check for codes, p1629 is theft or the lamp needs to be flashing to be a theft problem.
do you have spark? fuel presure? no spark, you
will not have fuel from injectors. you can not by
pass theft, pcm needs pass word from theft module to run. if starts dies possable theft.
