this one is for a customer. his father bought the tractor new in 1940. it was an asparagus farm. he still has all the attachments,ie cultivator, disk, plow ect.

Beautiful Job. My neighbor had one of those when I was a kid. I'd love to have one. That may be my next project when I get this J D "H" finished. rw

Nice looking tractor!

Extend congratulations/compliments to the owner for me.

Thanks for sharing the photos with us.

Nice looking tractor, where do you guys get the correct paint and decals for a perfect looking job like that?

Looks Good glennster,
Keep practicing and maybe you"ll land a real job - instead of horse hustler! LOL

Asparagus? Do you think it will thaw out soon enough to plant more soon? LOL Super job glennster you should be proud. CT

the decals came from steiners, as did quite a few parts, including the seat (nancy) that has not yet been installed. this one is painted in martin senyour cross fire single stage urethane with hardener. shot in a downdraft booth and baked. new firestone field and road tires, standard magneto out of chicago rebuilt the mag.growing up with i-h, i gotta admit, this is one neat lil tractor. crank start, no battery, lights, or hydraulics. just a plain jane fun lil rascal.
