Congratulations! You should be proud. It is a very noble and brave thing our service men and women do to ensure our freedoms that we continue to enjoy.

Thanks for his service.

My best friend is retiring from Air National Guard after 30 years- he asked me to sing the Star Spangled Banner at his retirement ceremony- I am honored to do it.

So then how many ear plugs will you be buying for the people that have to listen to you. LOL Hope you know I'm joking but if I did the singing every body would need them or end up deaf or something

Two of my Uncles (Dad"s brothers) served in Vietnam. The youngest did not see alot of action, but died in a car crash in "72, a year after his tour. I named my oldest son after him. The other was a machine gunner on a rescue helicopter and saw plenty. About 15 years ago he began to have flash backs, but all is well now. Both were in the Army.

Congrats! You have every right to be proud. Without the men and women serving in our armed forces, the US would have ceased to be long ago. They are the ones who keep us safe and free. May God bless and keep them!

You, too, have every right to be proud. As I said above, without the men and women serving in our armed forces, the US would have ceased to be long ago. They are the ones who keep us safe and free. May God bless and keep them!

God bless our servicemen and women. They are the only ones that seem to be doing the right thing. Congratulations.

Yep see-bee welder construction. then after 6-8 weeks home for a week or so then to a Marine training camp to learn to shoot which he should do well at since he has been hunting deer for year not done well as for the deer but they have to walk in front of you to shot them

When I was a kid- teenager (Vietnam era) we raised kidney beans, and had to dry out and get the leaves off the bean plants before "pulling" and combining the beans- used a defoliant product called Shed-A-Leaf, sprayed with a boom sprayer- knocked the leaves off the plants real fast. And guess what it came in- big orange drums- sound familiar??? I can remember guys siphoning that crap and getting a mouthful more than once- and I used to get the job of running behind the sprayer, hooking and unhooking the calibration bottle at the measurement lines, as you had to check the rate with the compound you were going to spray, not plain water- breathed more than my share of that stuff, plus Sevin, M45, Eptam, Parathion, Guthion...

Thank you for raising him right and him for signing up. My son is aboard a sub right now, I guess we can both sleep better now. Thank him for me. Chris

To all who served or has relatives and friends serving, tell them they are greatly appreciated. Not everyone is privilleged to get to protect our country. Nam 1970

Extend my congratulations to him and also my thanks for his service.

Y'all should be proud.

Thanks for sharing his photo with us.

My thanks to all who serve!
I had almost 3 years during WW II, Army, England, France, etc. Wounded in northern France in October, '44. Lost left foot in action. Discharged in late '46.
No regrets--had to be done--went with the Draft call. Tried to enlist, but i was so skinny, they could read the paper right thru me, if i stood in front of a strong light! Am still that way now. 85+ years of age-still working with tractors/mowers/equipment.
