Hey y'all, finally got back to working on the 2010C. Its a diesel. Last summer, when we were running it, the engine lost oil pressure. The bearings are all tight, and now I'm suspecting a dead oil pump/relief valve unit. I'm struggling with paying over $300 to get parts to rebuild the pump, when I'd rather have a new pump for it. John Deere doesn't offer a new oil pump anymore. Is there someplace I can order a new/reman oil pump for a somewhat reasonable price?

And also, is the engine in the 2010 industrial crawler the same engine as in a 2010 wheeled ag tractor?

If something is wrong with the oil pump, you'll see it when you have it apart. The regulator valve is just a piston, spring, and seat. If it's so bad that you're losing oil pressure, you'd easily see it. Same goes for the rest of the pump.

2010 ag and industrial engines are the same, but 2010s in general have engine changes from early to late. Used in Combines also.
