Yeah, yeah, I know. Why did the knuckle-head park it there in the first place?

Ease up a little will ya? I'm just not all that bright to start with. :>(

LOL!
Are you (so to speak) closing the gate after the horse has escaped? I would have thought that thing would have been attached to the tractor long ago.....
(I'm still trying to dig out also)

I've been puttin' this job off since forever. I gotta replace one of those big bearings and just am not looking forward to the task.

No choice tho; only have 23 days of feed left up close to the cattle and I gotta move a lot of snow to get to the stack yard where the rest of it is. :>(

'Nother thing that is drivin' me mad is that one dual doesn't wanna come off the big tractor. might have to chain on to it and yank 'er sideways with another outfit.

Naw, I could see those spouts stickin' their heads up out of the snow.

Hard part was the four hours it took me to dig out to it and then to uncover the 1066. Think I've got most of the snow in the county right here in my yard. :>)

Got it mounted on the big tractor this year. The 966 just wasn't horse enough to pull it last time around.

I assume your talking band duals. I have torched a hole in the band in just the right spot so I can stick a pry bar in there and pry against tractor rim. Won't help you this time but do it for next time.

Well, it looks like once you get it fixed you ought to be able to blow a lot of snow, so maybe it'll be worth the effort. I always enjoy seeing what you're up to. We'll all hope the snow stays away for a while.

In case you are looking for some more snow to practoce on we got 26 inches over Christmas. Haven't been out to the farm but I know I won't get close to my building.

Yeah,

And the trouble with this much snow this early is that it's probably gonna be here for the duration.

I've got 9 foot drifts and gotta get 'em cleared before the next load hits. :>)

You guys that farm that area earn your money, that's for sure. You wonder how they coped back before 4 digit Farmalls and twin screw snow blowers.

That much snow I'd let the cattle walk to where the food is and let em have at it, wow havnt seen that much around here since the 50's

ummmm....why wouldn"t it work to cut the hole now? Got some space between the tires to let the slag fly- and the heat of cutting shouldn"t be too close to the tubes. Just dump some ice on right away- plenty of that around- lol

I lay a hydraulic jack on it's side and push the dual off. Works every time.

LOL... that kinda stuff Happens to Me from Time to time ..Don't ya just hate it when it snows all over your stuff before you have a chance to complete a project and you have to wait til it warms up before you can find all your toys ?
