Can anyone help me out. I need to find a Tractor junk yard in Mi, heard of one in St. Johns. Im south of Lansing, but am willing to drive if the rewards are worth it. Looking for parts for a 1941 Farmall A. Thanks

Summerix Equipment has one in the northern lower peninsula, just below the Mac bridge, in Lachine.
But, there must be some down lower in the Lapeer area.

When we go to Frankenmuth we drive across through Sandusky, Lapeer area and we always go past this huge tractor wrecking yard, often wanted to stop in, but wife always says "Forget it"

Yeah, same often happens with me. My wife says everytime I say I "just want to stop and look for a minute", it turns into hours.

The one in St Johns is one of the various Worthington yards from across the country.
I have been happy with JP Tractor Salvage in Fredricktown MO 573-783-7055 They will ship right to your door. Good service and reasonable prices.
There is also Harvey Gross on M-13 between m-21 and m-57 I'm not sure what the address is might be Montrose,New Lothrop,or Flushing. There is a sign out front. I don't have his number off hand can get it for you if you want it. Mail me at [email protected]

I was at the Owosso tractor parts place once. That was in 2003. (lotsa stuff from what I remember) It is on M21 I think.

I don't see a problem. When you go shopping with her, does she say "I just want to stop and look for a minute"... I didn't think so. LoL Dave

1-888-845-8456- Worthington Ag, including the one in MI. Gets you your closest, but 11 yards are interconnected.

Thing is,parts for a Farmall A from Worthington in St Johns would be a lost cause. Back when Galloway had that yard, they had most everything, but now it's just larger late model salvage.

Anyone know of any in the SouthWest Michigan area, I've seen a few old tractors at Clark's in Lawrence but curious if there are any better ones around.
