Do any US plows work like this?

It took me a minute to see what's goin' on here---the three point has two independent bottoms--one fer one direction, and one for the other!!!

Yes, IH had a setup like that. In fact, if you look at the red tractor, I think you'll see that it is an International.

Yes there is, here is my Super C with C199 two way plow.

We have 5 ford plows (like in the video) coming up at an auction here in Arizona this February 20th. I"m the auctioneer handling the auction. Also have 4 or 5 Funk conversions, plus extra engines. I will try to get the word out as we get the photos etc on the web site. He just committed to the auction this week, so we will miss the big publications. Lowell

Oliver had a similar setup. Known as a hillside plow. You could plow on the hillside, then turn around and plow back without travelling up and down odd shaped headlands. I've got a mule drawn walking plow that was made for hillsides by the way. The bottom flipped over so you could plow left or right handed with it. It was known as a hillside turning plow.

I have a 1937 BN JohnDeere with the A-3 B-3 two-way mounted plow. We had flood irrigated land (ND & MT border area near Williston) so could not have a "dead" furrow in the middle of the field.
Very common plow in certain areas of the world. Europe is another location where two-way plows are used today.

Several of my neighbors have this setup. Can be as small as 1 row and manual turn to big and hydraulic turn.

Allis Chalmers had sets of 1 bottoms, left and right that fit B, C, CA tractors, also had snap couple, and 3 point 2 and 3 bottom roll-overs, for the D series, and later. Mother deere also makes or markets a plow that swings both ways, with a double sided share and moldboard, sort of a semi-mounted deal. Lots of mfrs made rollover 3 point and pull types.
