Wards Riverside tire

I just traded for a Farmall H and need to do something about the rear tires. The one on the left is a Wards Riverside 10x38 and I have been told on the Farmall forum that sometimes people want them for pulling. Does anyone have an idea what might be a fair price for one tire with weather checking around the base of the lugs and a lot of tread? I have no idea so any help will be much appreciated. I am hoping to put a pair of tires that are the same size and have an ag tread on the H, so the Wards is not of much use to me.

Actually that was one of the best pulling ag tires ever made, don't know why they discontinued that type of tread.

Zach,
I personally think several thousand each but thats just me and I already have a set. I remember when my dad bought a set for our "B" JD in 1948. Wonderful tire for pulling but didn't clean well in mud. Good luck.......

I remember when I was a kid, and my grandad had a set of these on a 39 Allis B. I would like to find a set in 10 or 11.2 by 38 and also 8.3 by 24

The Wards tires were great for pulling but a 10x38 is pretty small. It should be worth $100-200 to someone that has a mate to it.That tire has to be over 50 years old.

Thank you all for your input. I certainly have a range of opinion to consider now, from several thousand to 1-200. I looked around on the net and found very few references to them, so I guess they aren't that common. Whether that makes them worth more or less seems to be an open question. I'll be interested to see if any other opinions turn up.
