Yes i dont have much air flow out of the defrost or vents. The fan sounds normal and it speeds up as you move it to higher speed and it sounds like its spinning fast but it doesnt seem to be blowing much air out of the defrost or the vents. I havent driven it much all summer and just start using it again when it got cold, not sure whats going on with it. Got any ideas?

If there aren't all kinds of leaves or other debris covering up the intake vents around the wiper area then I would say there has to be something fubar with the air blend doors in the dash. Hope for your sake that isn't the case. Are you sure it is insufficient flow and not a problem with the heater core/thermostat?

Real common on those to accumulate debris at the AC evaporator core.ALL air must come through the AC evap core first, then either through the heater core,or directly into passenger compartment depending on position of blend door.

The stuff that blocks the airflow is usually thick and hard because of the moisture from the evaporator core mixing with the dirt/dust over time and solidifying.

Assuming this car is a Cutlass Supreme(W body) and not a Cutlass Ciera(A body),the core can be blown off partly by removing the fan motor and hitting it with compressed air and a bendable wand.Be gentle so ya don't bend fins or puncture the core.

Most effective way is to remove lower core cover under dash and blast it with air.

Thanks for the information. There is no debris on the screen by the wipers and engine is running at normal temp so i dont think its the thermostat. I will try to remove the blower motor and blow some air in there and see if it helps. It is a cutlass supreme. Thanks again.
