A few days ago someone posted a link to three sisters playing in a band. Anyone remember their name. Thanks stan

Nancy and I first saw the <a href"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-H24HFte3iE">Quebe Sisters Band perform several years ago at the State Fair of Texas.

They are three very talented young ladies.

Their singing reminds me of the Mandrell Sisters and the Andrews sisters, except they play the fiddle.

Talk about "three sisters" playin in a band, ever heard of the Peasall Sisters?????? Check them out if you want to hear some serious HARMONY

Sarah (Guitar), Hannah (Mandolin), and Leah (Fiddle) (believe their names) will blow your doors off if you like Gospel and Bluegrass and Traditional

They were the voices singing "In the Highways in the Hedges" in the movie "Oh Brother Where art Thou" But they didnt get the acting part because the director said they werent pityfull (spelling???) enough looking lol

Saw them on there too,but the first place I saw them was on Texas Country Reporter. FANTASTIC!

Great. Where do Peasalls hail from?

John, one time you mentioned picking a banjo and wanting someone to play guitar with you at a John Deere show. Did that ever happen?

I play in a 6 person group that entertains in nursing homes and the like. Not professionals but we have a lot of fun. We have fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar and harmonica and do Gospel, country, old time and some bluegrass (the slower bluegrass) Ron

Here's another link to their music; the first link in my post above got removed.

Apparently some one didn't approve of the lyrics of the other song.

The Peasall Sisters hail from White House Tenn. Dads a preacher and moms a stay at home, home school teacher for the 6 kids. You can find some of their songs and videos on You Tube or My Space, just Google them, or use LimeWire to download some of their music.

NOPE I didnt get any takers for rhythm guitar players at the Tractor show in New York. Im a beginner (2 yrs into it) and go to jams each week or more. I need to take some lessons actually, I can roll the chords and keep good time and play lead on a few songs but thats it so far, I'm sort of at a standstill now it seems grrrrrrrrrr

Shucks, I'll bring my guitar next time I go to a tractor show and look you up. Would be happy to play with yah. I've been at guitar for 30 + years, more seriously for the last 10. That's rhythmn, not lead. Also been trying the fiddle for the last 8 years, tough instrument! I'm really master of none, even though I also own a pedal steel guitar, mandolin, piano accordion and dobro and "dabble" a little on each - dabble being the key word.

I had three hot chicks, the "Lovely Boylan Sisters" singing. While doing the the Bert Healy part in the musical Annie last month.
