Someone, on this forum, about a year ago, showed film footage of that same design applied to a Fordson F tractor and a Model T Ford and some other vehicles. Footage was from the 20s or 30s I believe. In Michigan. Evidently the Russians just found out about it. It obviously never caught on here.
