O/T Do any of you make summer sausage etc

When since it is so nice out today I figured I would make some summer sausage and also some Italian sausage. Have the summer in the oven right now mixed it up yesterday and did the Italian today and it is in the fridge and will bake it tomorrow. So do any of you do sausage like that. Yes it is deer sausage by the way

I make polish sausage from beef and pork, usually around Easter. I freeze it raw and then boil it when I eat it.

I do all the sausage making for a group of us , some italian , some breakfast sausage, some summer sausage. I won't let anyone else touch it , I am too picky!!!

I was in Poland years ago and asked to have some real polish sausage. They didn't have the slightest idea what I was talking about.
