Tractor Accident in my Hometown Last night

Another tractor accident in my hometown last night . Tractor hit by a vechile while in a field . Goes to show that tractors are not safe from vechiles off the road , either . Guy was lucky.

Well, He should have never went on record as saying he wasn't hurt. He should get checked out every which way to Sunday, gimp around some and complain that his neck hurts.

The hopefully the person driving the SUV is a lawyer with a two million dollar liability policy.

Be nice to take one of them to the cleaners instead of the other way around.

Thank god no one was seriously hurt. My guess, the pilot of the SUV was a drunk guy or a woman on a cell phone.

The driver of the SUV is lucky they have no injuries. Not from the crash...from the farmer wringing their neck. A tractor with a cab is usually worth more than most vehicles on the road.

Sounds like another sue happy individual here.

Sure make him replace the tractor and if injured pay, but if not then no reason to claim false reason and bleed the rest of us dry.

One persons claims on an insurance policy and we all pay for it with raised insurance rates.

In order to take him to the cleaners you would have to win a judgment of more then two million dollars with that liability amount, only the insurance would be paying if under that.

Hey, you can buy airbags for general aviation aircraft now. Not mandated yet, but need to agree hope the government doesn't decide that since they are available now to mandate all vehicles have them. DOUG
