This guy contacted me on a ad I had on here looking for some Oliver 60 cylinder sleeves. He told me he had the sleeves so I sent him the $220 for them. This was in June. I've called numeruos times and he keeps making excusses, that is when he will answer the phone. I'm to the conclusion that I got scammed on this deal. Does anyone know him?

I was going to say run-don't walk from him but you already found out the hard way. There should be lots of negative feedback on him.

Did you ask him to send you pictures?Sometimes it helps to verify they have the parts, doesn't they will ship them though.

Make a call to his local law enforcement agency and see if they can send someone to talk with him. Be very nice to them so that they think that you are worth there effort.
They might laugh at you too.

PAY ONLY with a POSTAL MONEY ORDER. If you do and someone does not send the parts, HE HAS TO DEAL WITH THE POSTAL INSPECTORS. They have bigger teeth than the FBI, DEA, and ATF put together. This is the only way I pay or take Money from someone I do not know and who is not local.
