double posting

We all (ithink) have done some double posting on this forum by accident.Usually caused by being impatient,and thinking you have failed to correctly post your message.In most cases it can be corrected by watching ,In my case a circle that is spining in uper left corner of screen.When it stops ;the message should be posted.Do you have a better method of preventing the double post?????????

when you post if you look right after it has been posted you can edit it then repost or delete it uper rt corner i think

I have double posted a few times. I believe that it occurred because I hit the back button. Now I wait until the post shows up and then close out of that window and start over. I suppose that I could click on the return to forum but it is easy for me to hit home which is my page and has all of the links on it.
What really bugs me is after I write a post I use spell check which is a green check mark. The green refresh arrow is pretty close and sometimes I accidentally hit that and lose everything that I wrote. grrr
