AC is the only company that used that type of wheel lug, case is different but I can't remember exactly what they look like. Just seen the one (Case) sat that a few years ago I hauled back from Ill to In for an Amish friend. Lester (Leroy) Helmlinger

I was told that this one was an Allis Chalmers and it looks similar.
