Harvest pictures. Sorry no dog. Started out broke down Sat morning. 6" long spline shaft that drives the wheels twisted off. Brother sent his wife with the old shaft to get a new one that had came in overnight from Indiana. Got back with the wrong one. Another trip but at least they had one. 2 hr wait at the elevator. Elevator closes at noon but they stayed open till 1:00 today. Filled everything up and last hopper just unloaded and the gearbox went out of the unload auger. At least it was empty. Broke down again.

At least the shaft didn't break going down the road, did you happen to check the other side? If you do the gearbox yourself make sure you time the augers again or watch where they were at during disassembly. When I was at the dealership we had an extra gearbox from some warranty job and kept it rebuilt to keep the harvesters going I remember a guy driving a hour to get it so he could keep going, must have been on a Saturday. chris

I hear ya, it has been a very trying time for most farmers in the midwest. During Oct. I only had 2 days of harvesting, but now in Nov. we are finally getting caught up.
Good luck with the harvest.
