Clark Forklift:Velvet drive(auto clutch)Puks oil out filler

Clark Forklift IT-60 is puking oil
from the filler tube when I stop and
shut down the engine. It has a auto clutch with reversing gear activated by foot pedel.
This unit is a Bendix Velvet drive. in front of
a Warner 4 speed gear box. Seem like it is getting air in the fluid, and foaming.

Any Ideas, I have changed fluid several times now too. Checked for external air leaks to. There is no other fluid leaks.
