What gives it away .. is send $$ and you send the extra to the shipper ...
By now you think they would come up with something different

I mean they must hit anyone that is selling

I'm selling a Case Calendar and they talk like its something they been looking for .. and then they really don't make sence what they say from there on ... like how old and different things ,, that don't even contain to the CALENDAR ...

My wife is a teller in a small bank branch,
She says they get a "victim" every couple of weeks. Mostly Senior citzens.
I can only imagine what a larger institution
encounters.

yeah I was trying to sell an engine and they ask questions like has ever been in a accident, drive well, they were lucky to see my ad etc, etc....I emailed and goofed on them till they stopped but they were to the point of wanting to know where to mail the check. I asked what they were interested in buying and told them mail cash only, they stopped returning email. I told them outrageous things to try to earn their trust.
 
I responded to a help wanted ad in the news paper via emai and it was nothing but a scam. Pretty bad when they're trying to nail those of us that are unemployed
 
Yea i don't know which upsets me most,the scammers or the attorieties on taxpayers payroll who refuse to take action. Wire fraud once up on a time carried severe penalties. Sorry fellers,but I am slowly realizing how the long tail cat felt living in a rocking chair store.
 
Bank tellers are now being trained in scam detection- they are preventing a lot of the seniors from taking money out of the bank to send.
 
I Been there too .. try and find a job and they scam you for $$$ ... now don't that take the cake ...
