Kid just mailed me back that he's not dropping his price. There's a bunch of folks coming back from the desert with money burning holes in their pockets so it'll prolly go quick. Just as well. when we take time to think it over, we really don't NEED a pickup anyway. Would get more out of an SUV or big station wagon with AWD. Whatever we get will be the wifes DD so gots to be something nice AND dependable.

She's hard headed as he!! though when trying to find a vehicle.... Always "too". Too old, too many miles, too, too , too.

you bet on the kids coming home from the desert, we call them deployment cars, and I have quite of few of them in our parking lot now. The good news is, a few are holding off on the deployment cars in favor of a house payment!

I thought you guys in Europe all drove lorries. By the way, how does a lorry compare to a pickup in terms of usefulness?

Couldn't tell you. The Brits call them Lorries.. There are some pretty handy pickup type vehicles that the sides drop on, beds tilt, etc. They just aren't "cool" as a pickemup twuck.
