farmall 460 hydraulic question

I was working with my 460 doing loader work when suddenly I lost almost all hydraulics to the loader (lift and tilt bucket at the same time). The loader will barely lift or tilt now. Did I lose the pump?

or your filters are saturated with water, those things are bad for condensation
