Installed a cab [QI-1---lookes like a heniker]on a IH 1256. I need to know where I install heater hose fittings so that the coolant will circulate right. Thanks

On the left side of the engine there is a place to tap in on the oil cooler for the return and for the HOT there is a place up by the thermostat for the hot

Main thing is to get the supply from the pressure side of the system just prior to the thermostat.
The heater return has to be on the suction side of the water pump/rad outlet. Sometimes there is pipe plug right on the pump inlet.

If you do not find any other handy places you can add a T fitting where the coolant sensor is for the supply and run the return into the radiator drain.
