I try to use the archives to attain needed information. The search will bring up thousands of enteries. Unfortunately I usually can not just go to the one I need because people don't do a good job filling in the subject line.
For example: MTA does not tell anyone what the problem is about. It must be a 54 SMTA right? But what type of problem does he want help with?
