OT - Geez - Homework Help!

I can help my 12 year old daughter with the math, social studies, etc. questions but then she has Spanish in 7th grade (central Illinois by the way).
Uno, dos, tres, quatro, etc.

Getting over my head as I can only spek English and some redneck!

You can go to www.dictionary.com and select the full text translator (on the left side of the home page). Type in what you need translated then select English to Spanish. You will need some knowledge of the basic grammar and structure, because the translation is not always structured correctly.

The most confusing will be the subjunctive tense since there is no corresponding tense in English, the correct use of the "personal a" and the correct use of personal pronouns - me, te, le, se.
 
If reading passages is the problem, you'd be suprised how similar Spanish and English are. There are often enough words that transfer, that you can get an idea what the sentence is about.
 
And whats bad is if someone makes a proposal that ENGLISH be declared this Countrys Official Language, THEY MAY WELL BE LABELED AS RACIST Give me a break........

If you gotta learn a second language, Spanish is the one that will help you the most, followed by Arabic. When you consider that you might use your second language when you're on vacation, Spanish beats Arabic hands down.
 
My friend Victor is always helping me understand his Spanish but its not the same as the Book Spanish and has lots of slurring of the words and is spoken at 90 MPH. Its no wonder they don't understand each other. I get a kick out of Victor and his brother, Victor takes an hour to explain how to do some simple job. I do better with what little English he understands.
