i went there last year and had a blast! it was so awesome to see that many FFA members in one area! the only bad part was the 10 hour drive but i slept through most of that. the convention was awesome though so it was worth it

Going to Indy next week also . In 1978 I recieved the American Farmer Degree in Kansas City. I was the first one from our FFA chapter to recieve this degree which is the highest degree that you can attain as an actice FFA member . This year my son is going to recieve his American Degree also in Indy. And yeah I am going to brag on him

Welcome to Indy. We are glad to see all the blue jackets not only for the convention business but because it is nice to see so many decent kids in one place.
Indianapolis is a great city. Don't forget to try and see the Children's Museum (good for kids of all ages), the Eitlejorge Museum which features Native American and western stuff, the Indy 500 museum out at the track, walk along the canal and lots of shops near the convention center for you shopaholics.

I will be taking two different groups on two different days, on Thursday and Friday of next week. One group officers, other mixed group. We are about 1-1/2 hours away. Everyone travel safely.
