With my tractor parked outside and round baler on my mind, I ask.. Are you a triskaidekaphobian? [not helping].If so ,why?
Do you have one or two extra hols during the year [ Friday 13th]and say "I think I will stay in bed today". How was it learnt ?, must have had the seed implanted somehow. Was it Mum & Dad??

I have been called a lot of things but I doubt if I have been called this because none of my friends could say this word or spell it.
 
never heard of it, if people call me anything other than my name, the word they use never has more than 4 letters
 
It's bad luck to be superstitious.

Never put much stock in the "Friday the 13th" thing myself. My son was born on a friday the 13th. He turned out OK. Never heard of the 3 X 13th thing either.

Words I can't spell don't bother me either. I just mis-spell them and go on with life.
 
Eldest daughter was born on Friday the 13th. Some days are OK, some make you wonder! Not supersticious though! Greg
 
When I was in a call center at an insurance company taking calls from all over the country, we proved it by keeping records.

For about three days during a full moon, the calls definitely always got more wierd.
 
No,but while we're on this kind of thing,I've heard that if you start a job on Friday,you'll never get done. Anybody else ever heard that one? Could be just in my mind,but seems to be something to it. Weather delays,etc. I've heard of folks pulling into a field on Thursday nite and making one round to start just so they aren't starting on Friday.
 
A few of the best days of my life have been on the thirteenth of the month. Must be taught by parents. My mother didn't have a superstitious bone in her body.

I believe every word of it. This year we started cutting hay the fourth Friday in April. Took until the first week in July to do what we usually do in 4 weeks.
