MN Sate fair pics

Went to the state fair back in August and finally had a chance to post pics.Nice selection of tractors at "machinery hill".Crowd was heavy.

After seeing the sights,the kids went to do their thing(rides,midway,etc) and me and the missus went to the REO Speedwagon concert.Worth seeing!!

Dang glad to get home that night,hit the pillow at 1:00am.

Glad to see farm machinery on Machinery Hill! That used to be my favorite part of the fair even when I was a kid. Heard it has gone to mostly suburban stuff these days.I have not been to the Minnesota State fair in 30 years...

In which city is the MN State fair located?

It is just north of St Paul in a city named Vadnais Heights. covers 310 acres.

Falcon Heights, MN. A suburb of St. Paul.

It's right next to part of the University of Mn Agricultural Campus.
