OT Appreciation for prayers and information

Thanks to all for praying for little Sister. I give her a long speech the other day and she finally said she knew I was right but could not stop her habit(gambling). Also thanks for tips on old Caddy. Turned out brakes were just excessively worn. Will remedy with some better shoes when I figure out whether to use metallic or ceramic. Sure is nice to have listeners when your brain is too slow to recall stuff. Thanks again. Dave

I sure do hope things start working for your sister.
It is a proven fact that those that believe the big winner is next. have 4 times more likely the chance to be struck with lightning first.

My truck has the metallic shoes on the front. I get red dust on the rims from them. My mechanic told me it was from the metallic brake shoes. Makes the truck look bad. Other than that, don't know which is better.

I would go with the Ceramic,,, hands down,,,
and for your sister, she may say your right, but a habit like that is a killer, maybe you should see if she will talk with a Physiologist and get professional help. it sure would not hurt to do that...

putting a few dollars with a Doctor is better then putting them dollars on a gambling table.
