I dunno, boys.

Finally got a chance to go out in the shed and try to get this old classic under my fingers. So anyhoo, here it is if yer so inclined. :>)

Why do I feel like I just got caught by the preacher after I've de-frocked the home-coming queen? :>(

GREAT!!! Not sure I understand about the de-frocking, but it's been almost 5 decades since I saw a homecoming queen........in person. Can't remember their frocks.
 
I think "de-frocking" happens mainly to priests and bishops- Homecoming queens are more prone to "de-flowering". Although in this day and age, I think most of the "flowers" are long since gone by the time they get to homecoming queen age. . .

What I meant was that I didn't quite know how to handle the bass and the drums on that kind of music. The gospel stuff sort of has a different "kick" to it.

65 years old and this is the first time I've ever taken a ride on that style. Sure hope I didn't "runit" it. :>)

And I know. I've been fightin' that goofy problem for half a lifetime now.

Ashamed to tell ya what I've got tied up in this silly music equipment; some pretty hi-dollar stuff, and no matter what I do, I just cannot get an electronic recording to sound as good as it does live.

Just cannot "capture" that air. Yep, I fess up; just not any good at recording. :>)
