1952 farmall m voltage regulater

where did they mount the voltage regulator on a 1952 Farmall M? I have seen them on the generator and flat mount.
 
I'm not sure where the 1952 M's had them but some M's had them right behind the foot starter, some had them on the generator. If you have to order a wire harness for it you need to know the location of the regulator. A wire harness is still available from you local IHCase dealer.
