I have spent the last 2 weeks helping a friend move and scrap a business he bought.. We do a lot of projects together, and we always work out the $$$ and all out OK.. On this project, there is an old doper/drunk that has been underfoot for the entire project, he lives across the road.. He has been hanging around since day one. One day last week, I was on a 20K forklift. and I guess I had to yell at least 100 times for the bum to get out of the way..He will stagger under a 5K load that we are putting on a trailer.. I asked my friend to get him to leave, or get a trespass notice for him, but he feels sorry for him, and does not want to cause him any trouble... I was there today, and the old drunk followed every foostep, I made, got on the last nerve I have left, I finally had to leave..

See how sorry he is when he's supporting the guy the rest of his life cause he got hurt on his place...... Or how you like it when you run over him... In your place, I wouldn't be within a hundred feet of the guy.

I had that happen recently; got tractor-trailer with excavator hung up trying to watch him & where I went to. Then he distracted me & I wrecked my best truck. Lucky we didn't get hurt; he would've sued for sure. Gave'm the boot then. Won't even stay around anywhere he's at now. Dave is right; no good can come of it & a great deal of harm can.

3. options 1. put up with him. 2. court order no tresspass. 3. drop heavy load on him "by accident"
