Brookville Ind. show

Haven"t been on line for a few days. Anyone know if the Brookville Ind. show is canceled due to rain? Planning on going tomorrow and can"t find out if I need to resc. for next weekend. Thank you.

I haven't heard of it being canceled and plan on going tomorrow also. If it is I guess I will be making the trip again when they reschedule. Been to alot of shows but this will be my first to Brookville

Just got back from there . The show is nt canceled but they did nt have the tractor pulls . If your going dont forget your boots because the golfcarts have every path stired up into 6 in. of slop and they just keep slip sliding around . They put tape up on some of the vendors roads but they would go around it . All the vendors are pi$$ed and some saying they wont come back . I did nt go look at the tractors , just to muddy and never ending cart traffic . looks like more tractors than I ve ever seen down there . It s a shame they let the carts ruin a good show .

I went today. Wear your boots! Mud everywhere, with old codgers that can't walk very far trying to maneuver golf carts in the mud. Kinda entertaining at times! The JD Gators were moving around quite well.
LOTS of IH/Farmall tractors, and several other brands as well. You'll enjoy it!

For every one old codger in a cart there was ten guys making mud cause there to sorry to walk and have no respect for everyone else there !

dwinshelby, I"m from that area originally, and still have family there. Little Brother will more than likely be camped out there all weekend, as he LOVES these shows. Not much close down here, and miss it terribly. We do have a show next weekend in Temple, Tx. That"s about 65-70 miles away, and is the closest to us. Have a good time, ALL of you Hoosiers!

Well, we made it there and back. In spite of the mud and carts as usual we really enjoyed it. And yeah, I told the wife that I thought there were a LOT more tractors there than before. Found 2 wisc. eng. and a Louisville dinner bell for a decent price. I was informed that the dinner bell would be cleaned and put up FIRST, as she didn't want to wait 3 years for it to get done. Then I could tinker with the engines. Do I hear a dinner bell ringing? Thanks everyone for the replies.
