Mom had a slew of them that we need to sell. Think they are all full. Some rare ones, I think. Auctioneer says if he sells them , we must pour all the booze out. Not a drinker myself , but there is enough for one HUGE party.lol. email is open.

Not sure ? Maybe ? I remember there were 3 fox, 2 or 3 race cars, a couple Fordsons, a bunch of others?

No doubt they would be, but the auctioneer can't sell them with liquor in them unless he has a liquor license, at least in most states.

I"m not a collector but I do know they are worth a lot more $$$$$$ if sealed. The auctioneer is correct that he can"t sell booze. I think you need to set them aside and find a place that they can be sold as antique/collectable. My first thought is to contact Jim Beam and ask them how to sell them.

I see them sell at auctions... Full.. Only rule the local auctioneers have is that buyer must be 21 or older. A friend emptied out several 25 year old Beam bottles a while back. The liquor had turned almost black, not even drinkable IMHO...

If you find a good market for them let us know. I know of a creek bridge that has a good many empties under it. They are all good and empty and were tossed down there from about 1996 till 2002. If they are worth something I would go dig them out of the weeds.

Auctioneer in this area sells the decanter with contents. His favorite saying is " you're getting it just like Mama, for better or worse."

when we sold my dad bottles we put them in a box and auction the box off not what was in the box no one had a problem with that we was not selling what was in the box just box and the auctioneer did not have any problem doing this he told us how to do it we sold about 50 bottle and got about 12.000.00 for them
