jd 4020 rear hub ??

my neighbor 's 4020 was in the shop last year for some rear end work and he has a problem with the hub loosening up on the axle clamp. any secret tricks to getting these tight? any torque specs for the bolts?

I use a pipe on my 3/4 drive on my ford 9000. I've been told that you can also use a gear reduction drive ratchet. It's also one of those things that you have to take up on after a few hours to get them seated well.

Be sure the two jack screws are backed all the way out and the pinion gear is free.
