What type of tractor is this?

A little help, I make things out of beer and sodapop cans, I made up some plans for this style of tractor my grandfather had in his barn. I am unable to find out make,model or history on this style of tractor.

Any experts out there know??

It's a 1937 Plessy Magnuson, with the innovative phlogiston vaccum tube ignition in place of a magneto.

It is a Tri-Cities with a manifold assisted lift for the cultivators. Don't think this one had power steering. DH

Not sure, but probably was wind powered. We had one but the hired man parked it in the machine shed one night and we could never get it started.
