O/T 2007 Preowned Chevy Tahoe

Looking at a (not used) but preowned chevy tahoe.
I was told by the dealer they have preowned vehicules, not used, anyway, it is out of warranty.
What kind of problems would I have in the future with this vehicule if I were to buy it. It has 37000 miles on it.
Anybody have one or know of someone who has one and have they had any major problems with it.
From the car-fax it has had minor repairs on it, recall on something and interior parts replaced under warranty and oil changes.

if the vehicle has been titled to anybody other than the original selling dealer it is a used vehicle even if it is only a week old, it doesnt mater, preowned is a nice way of saying used, as in "this one was taken care of by a little old lady", sounds better than "this one was bubba's huntin truck" with 37000 miles if the price is right go for it, if it were me id sure be interested in why a truck with 37000 is already on the used lot in these days and times
 
2007 GM vehicles had a 5 yr,100 thousand mile warranty
on the drivetrain,this should still be good.
 
Pay a little money and have it run thru one of the registration ID sites..."pre-owned" "but not used" sounds like a direct contradiction in terms.
I'm out of touch with dealer-speak; could translate to "rental".
 
We have a 2007 Tahoe and have had virtually no troubles at all out of it. Our only problem was a wind noise that was cured by replacing the driver's side mirror while under warrenty. It however is quite a gas hog and only gets 14.5 miles per gallon.

I know what you mean about the "pre-owned" though. We just bought my daughter a "new" 2008 car that only had 26 miles on it. It had been titled from one dealer going out of business to another. Thus it was a "used" or "pre-owned" car. We lost some warrenty period because of it.
