I have just finished refubishing my 880 selsctomatic. I drained all the hydralic fluids and it sat for about 2 weeks. I then filled it up with fresh fluids and now the pump is not pumping oil to any hydralic outlet. what could have causrd the pump to quit and how do I fix it. Please help.

How long have you let it run trying? Sounds like the pump lost it's prime, did that on my 1212 when changing the fluid, just let it fast idle a few minutes and all was good.

I still can't get the hydralics working on my david brown 880, the pump just does'nt seem to be picking up the fluid. Is it possible that earwigs could have gotten in through the disconnected lines and pluged the pump or something, is it possible to blow out the system with an air compressor, if so, where would you do it.
PLEASE anyone. BOB
