I JUST BOUGHT A 1958 OLIVER 550 AND WHEN BACKING UP ONLY ONE WHEEL SPINS.HOW DOU YOU LOCK IN THE OTHER WHEEL? I HAVE LOOKED FOR A LEVER OR PEDAL,DON,T SEE ONE.HOW DOES IT WORK?

It doesn't have a differential lock, so you won't find anything. The only thing you can do is step a little bit on the brake pedal of the wheel that's spinning to transfer some of the power to the other side.

Don's got the answer. I've become pretty good at equalizing the spin by slightly braking the spinning wheel. Too much brake, and the other will spin. Just good, clean, old tractor fun- "We don't need no stinkin' diff lock!"
